Hi all,
Due to some SSO issues we set up a direct link right over to our KA community page so members can login directly. The only issue is the password tye set on our site doe not work for the KA site. So we asked our members to request a password from KA. We have around 4,000K in the community and a good group around 40 people or so are saying the password is not being sent to them when they request it (yes they are checking junk mail). Is there a way to change the password from the site admin for them? Is there another reason they are not getting it?
The other item is if anyone has multiple accounts how do we cancel one. Is it disable or will this cause all the accounts they have to cancel?

We turned it all off (SSO etc for validation
Or is there a reason they are not getting the password sent from KICK APPS.

Seems the issue is comcast.ne
