My community webchat no longer works since update

I dont seee why it has stopped as nothing has been done to the chat as far as i know.

I wont load in IE or Firefox for any of our members .

I have enabled and disabled it to see if that helps but still nothing

loosing my mind with kikapps my site is falling apart bit by bit day by day

sorry i take that back i just tried again and worked in firefox

so im back to the issues with IE  still members cant see profile pages in IE , still the widget studio saves widgets wrong and as defult i9n IE

and now the chat wont launch in IE

SEEMS KICKAPPS HAVE ISSUES WITH IE ???

ALL MY MEMBERS ARE REPORTING THE SAME ISSUES AND ALSO LOTS OF MEMBERS OF THIS FORUM !
