member profile questions

Hello we need to have our members answer ten questions some of which are multiple choice where they can select more than one answer; some are drop down where they will be limited to a small set of answers; I only saw the text boxes is there a way to set up multiple choice questions in the member profiles?

Right now you can only add in custom open ended questions, not dropdowns etc.
